The Sacred Cauldrons of Wyda - Benna
Celtic Druidic Energetics in Wyda Bodywork. In all true spiritual systems there is a system of exercises that is intended to support work with the soul and personal growth through work with the physical. Passing through the veil, which the word Wyda means, is an opening of the inner gates, strengthening, harmonizing and connecting the energy centers in the body. These are the Coire Goiriath, the cauldron of warmth, the Coire Ernmae, the cauldron of vocation and the Coire Sois, the cauldron of knowledge. The lecture is intended to give a first impression of how this Western Celtic system is structured and how processes on a spiritual and mental level can be controlled via movement.
Benna, Terram-Wyda teacher and druid.
Lecture with harp accompaniment by Volkert Volkmann

The Wushu style of Chinese internal martial arts - Tahira

After the trip there will be an opportunity to exchange experiences.
The magic of peacemaking communication (I) - Günter Nal
“One cannot not communicate”, as the communication theory says. Every type of communication, be it verbal or non-verbal, has a message character. If we go deeper, it is said that one cannot prevent our language from having an effect. We always work. And we actually physically feel the quality of this effect. We will undertake various exercises, blessing rituals and short meditations as well as partner exercises and vision journeys. The group size is limited to approx. 12 people.
The brightest light shines invisibly. It shines through your words and actions, warming the universe
A Journey with Tree Cards - Eli Beelen
A journey with the treecards of äR: Out of a vision Quest with the trees these card deck was created. I offer you a wonderful journey through the oracle cards of äR. I accompany the journey with drum, sacred tree rattles and singing and softly whisper to you the secrets and magic of the dryads. The magic is reinforced through GaldR poems.

Embody the God*dess - Discovering the body of the goddess - Stefan Kaiser

Yoga Nidra is more than just a relaxation technique. It leads to a deep state of meditation in an amazingly easy way and has therefore enjoyed increasing popularity in recent years. It has already been adapted by Philip Carr-Comm as Druid Nidra. Tina is a yoga teacher and guides us in Yoga Nidra.
Druidic Healing - Stella Reimers
We look at the approaches of the druidic art of healing and how it can be used in combination with conventional medicine. The main focus is on the holistic perception of body, psyche and spirituality and the connections between health and lifestyle.
In practical terms, it will also be about how I can combine material and spiritual effects in self-made remedies.
Always follow your nose - working with aromas - Al Hakim (Günter R.)
"A day without a scent experience is a lost day" (Egyptian proverb). Fragrances have accompanied humans since their emergence three million years ago. Scents are more important for the perception of a room than colors and furniture. Scents stimulate or excite or turn off.
- We can smell people we like well (in the true sense of the word),
- Even in the smallest amounts, fragrances create imagination, desire and relaxation
- You can tell spoiled food by its smell, not its expiration date.
In this workshop we want to find out how smelling works, how we can sharpen this sense and consider influencing the atmosphere in the room with a fragrance oil composition and/or incense.
Ceridwen's Cauldron: Womb Connection for Females - Sian Lang
dear women, this is a space for you to discover Ceridwen's cauldron within yourself - in the magical space of your womb. While many women know their bodies as a whole quite well, few have journeyed into the depths of their wombs and this connection to the divine feminine power. The connection can awaken and strengthen our Awen, let our potential be opened up to us, let our needs be heard/felt better.
I would like to explore this connection with you with mindful touch, meditation and a guided shamanic journey into your own womb.
No prior knowledge is required, helpful items are: a mat, a blanket and a skirt or dress to wear. It would also be nice if you bring a power item for the altar in the center. Duration: about 1.5 hours
It may be good to take a break in peace afterwards.
Eisteddfod and music with Tim Waddington
Of course, an Eisteddfod should not be missing at a druid camp and is the highlight of the weekend. All bards are invited to perform their arts, no matter how experienced you are. Tim Waddington and his band will then get the party going.
Death is the center of a long life - Christof Heigl
A body is born, blossoms, perishes, and enters a new cycle. We feel how the elements form and leave the body, contemplate the Celtic mythology of the last journey and dance the dance of life and death.
The Bard's Most Important Tools - Ian Jonathan the White Shadow
Ian-Jonathan is a veteran of the OBOD and will again be offering a workshop on the voice of the bard this year. We hope that he will again participate in the Eisteddfod with an atmospheric contribution.
Awen Chanting - Tina W
Tina has been a member of OBOD since 2010 and has extensive experience in singing and choral conducting. In her workshop on Awen Chant, she will first explore your own body as an instrument with the participants using various voice training exercises, before singing the Awen will be the focus. Together and individually, one's own body of sound will be explored while singing the individual syllables and linked to the spiritual meaning. Everyone - whether with a lot or little singing experience - is welcome.
